Abruptly, Painted Tree decided to shut down business operations leaving thousands of small businesses scrambling to figure out the next steps forward. After 4 years, I was already planning to leave in August to move in a different direction. Having to leave with the notice from an email, surreal. The Painted Tree gave me the opportunity to bring my dream to reality and see what worked and what didn't for my customer base, especially offline. The only thing I can do is look at the Brightside.
